2. Subject
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from [www.vincecamuto.eu], under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty.

• To use this right, Buyer must notify Seller via email or return form within the stated period.

• Returned product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Any disputes shall be resolved by Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in Istanbul.
